Sometimes when you contact us we will ask for your Facebook ID. This allows us to locate your account to view or make changes to it. Below are the steps to acquire it on PC or Mobile. Computer 1. Login to https://www.facebook.com, using the same account you connected to PCR, and click the arrow at the top right of the page, then click "Settings & Privacy". 2. Click "Settings" 3. Click the "Apps and Websites" option 4. Locate Pixel Car Racer in the "Active" tab 5. Scroll to the bottom and you will find your User ID for PCR. Click the blue button on the right of your ID to copy it to your clipboard. Any Facebook ID that is not from here is not unique to PCR and is invalid for account support. It is recommended to only share this ID with Studio Furukawa staff. Mobile Note: This may vary depending on browser and mobile device. 1. Login to https://m.facebook.com or use the Facebook app, using the same account you connected to PCR, and tap the 3 bars at the top right of the page 2. Scroll to the bottom of this page and tap "Settings & Privacy" then tap "Settings" from this menu. 3. Tap "Apps and Websites" under the Security section. 4. Select the "Logged in with Facebook" option 5. Locate Pixel Car Racer under the "Active" tab 6. Scroll down to the bottom to find your User ID. We would appreciate if you Copy/Paste your ID rather than screenshot it :) Any Facebook ID that is not from here is not unique to PCR and is invalid for account support.
