I think I can speak for a lot of people when I say having to scroll through hundredssss of parts (Accessories, body kits, wheels and cars) is hassle in this game. Having a transparent grid style would make the game so much more user friendly that we have more options up in front of us at one time to choose from. I dread building cars solely based on the fact that I spend more time scrolling through parts than actually creating the whole thing alone lol.
